Get Spooked in Blissfield Friday and Saturday night.
Chase Byers and his family and friends are hosting The Haunt once again at 120 S. Main St., in Blissfield. This year, he’s being joined by 25 actors and a director from The Crosswell.
Visitors are asked to donate canned goods as an admission fee. The goods will donated to a local food bank. Cash donations will be used to help reimburse the creators for the costs associated with the annual Halloween event.
Check out the video for a quick tour of The Haunt. Below is a video from last year's Blissfield Halloween activities, including the Trick-or-Treat parade and the Halloween Bonfire by Blissfield Rotary.

Blissfield will have full control of the Home Canning property if its partners agree to execute the property acquisition and demolition agreement approved by village council Monday night.
Council voted 5=1 to pass a draft agreement which states that the village shall be “solely responsible for the pricing, marketing, and sale" of the 35-acre purchased for $150,000 at an auction April 9. Trustee Mark Burgermeister, who voted against the motion to bid on the property, was the lone dissenter.
