DDA/Main Street launches capital drive

The Blissfield DDA/Main Street Program will conduct its first-ever Capital Improvement Campaign throughout winter to raise enough money to revamp/make South Lane Street conform with the U.S. 223 streetscape, according to a DDA/Main Street news release.

Esther E. Casterline

     Esther E. Casterline, 82, of Blissfield passed away on Monday, March 8, 2010 at the Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan. Esther was born on December 17, 1927 in Cedar Springs, Michigan, the daughter of Harold and Gertrude (Hanna) Warren. On February 17, 1951 she married John R. Casterline. He preceded her in death on April 11, 1987.
