Thirteen student athletes from Blissfield, Britton Deerfield and Whiteford have qualified for the state track finals this year.

In addition to Makayla Kaser, double winner in the shot put and discus from Blissfield, and Elli Betz who won the 100-meter hurdles and was a photo-finish second in the 300-meter hurdles in Division 3. , Josh Hall finished second in men’s shot put for Blissfield.

Dylan Murrin won the 800-meter event in Division 4 for Britton Deerfield.
Also, for Britton Deerfield, Jaymz Gibson was second in high jump. Also qualifying were Oda Laegran, Josh Papworth and Nate Papworth, Dakota Heiden, Janessa Handy, Megan Bower, Mariah Gotz and Samantha Noseda for BD.

Alexei Groff was second in the mile and a state qualifier for Whiteford in Division 4.
