Both the baseball and softball district championship games from Blissfield’s Division 3 district tournament have been delayed an additional day.
As of 6 p.m. Sunday Whiteford will resume the district baseball game Monday.
Rain on Saturday caused the initial delays.
Both the baseball game between Clinton and Madison, and softball district game between Blissfield and Clinton team will be played at 5 p.m. Tuesday at Blissfield.
Whiteford and Summerfield had four-and-a-half innings completed when the rains came and forced a delay in the final game of the district tournament. The Bulldogs were leading 3-0 at the time. The game is scheduled to resume at 4 p.m. Monday.
