Louise Sayler

Louise M. Sayler, 89, of Blissfield, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at Kingston Residence in Sylvania, Ohio.

Louise was born September 30, 1921, in Blissfield, the daughter of Ralph and Maude (Davey) Gentz. She graduated from Blissfield High School with the class of 1938.

On June 16, 1941, Louise married Clyde Sayler.  Louise and Clyde celebrated 58 years of marriage prior to his death in 1999. 

Louise is survived by her children: Marian (Tom) Isley of Somerset, WI; David (Connie) Sayler of Blissfield; Pat (Gary) Heinz of Dayton, MD; and Larry (Judi) Sayler of Adrian; ten grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; sisters, Mabel Beagle and Ruth Goetz; and a brother, Albert Gentz.

In addition to her parents and husband, Louise was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Gentz, a sister, Stella Mae Schmeltz, and a granddaughter, Michelle Isley.

The funeral service for Louise was held on Saturday, December 11, 2010, at Emmanuel United Methodist Church.
