A regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Blissfield, Michigan, was held in the Council Room in said Village on the 24th day of May, 2010.

The following Ordinance was introduced by Trustee Weeber and seconded by Trustee Jones.
Whereas, it is the desire of this Council to amend Part 11, Section 11.000 of the Ordinance Establishing Compensation for the Plumbing Inspector for the Village of Blissfield.
Now, therefore, the village of Blissfield Ordains:
Section 11.000- Compensation for Plumbing Inspector is hereby canceled and deleted in its entirety, and the following Section 11.000 Compensation for Plumbing Inspector is hereby inserted into and made a part of said Ordinance, to-wit:
Section 11.000 - Compensation for plumbing inspector:
The Plumbing Inspector for the Village of Blissfield shall be paid Eighty (80%) percent of all inspection fees, payable semi-annually on April 1 and October 1 of each year.
This compensation shall take effect twenty (20) days after publication.
The above Amendment to the Ordinance was voted upon by the Council and declared adopted, the Council voting as follows:

A regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Blissfield, Michigan, was held in the Council Room in said Village on the 24th day of May, 2010.

Whereas, it is the desire of this Council to amend Part 11, Section 11.000 of the Ordinance Establishing Compensation for the Mechanical Inspector for the Village of Blissfield.
Now, therefore, the village of Blissfield Ordains:
Section 11.000- Compensation for Mechanical Inspector is hereby canceled and deleted in its entirety, and the following Section 11.000 Compensation for Mechanical Inspector is hereby inserted into and made a part of said Ordinance, to-wit:

The Mechanical Inspector for the Village of Blissfield shall be paid Forty ($40.00) per inspection, mileage shall be paid based on the rate established from time to time by the Internal Revenue Service, and a pro-rate share, based on the number of municipalities the Mechanical Inspector is employed by, of all CEU expenses payable semi-annually.
This compensation shall take effect twenty (20) days after publication.
