Present: Meyer, Terry, Isley, Papenhagen & Ball. Minutes of May 6 and 13 were approved.
Reports from the Treasurer Fire Chief, Building Inspector and Code enforcement officer.
Communications: No property splits. Communications included the totals from the township Dump Day (46 individuals delivered 62 loads), James Leonard from the Planning Commission discussed the current topics and ideas they are working on and an update on the Memorial Day Parade.
Unfinished Business: The township accepted a bid from the Road Commission to replace the culvert at the Gafney drain, an update on the grant procurement and Curtis Parson was present to discuss two agreements for the fire department that he suggest the township signs regarding mutual aid and a box alarm system.
New Business: The following received discussion and/or action: No fire department applications, the planning commission will be compensated for special and committee meetings, the July meeting date was changed to July 1st and the township approved to pay the annual dues to Michigan Townships Association.
Public Comment: Time was allotted for public input. All bills were paid as presented.

Motion Goetz, second Dusseau to pay an additional $20,000 principal on the water bonds. Motion carried.
Motion Goetz, second Beagle to purchase 15 rolls of fire hose for a total cost of $2,250 plus shipping. Motion carried.
Motion Goetz, second Beagle to sign a 5 year agreement with AccuMed to do our ambulance billing at a rate of 8.75% of the amount collected. Motion carried.
