Anne Coopshaw
Anne Rebecca Coopshaw, 75, of Blissfield, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2011, at Bixby Medical Center.
She was born December 28, 1935, in Frenchtown Township, Michigan, the daughter of Roy F. and Iva M. (Shaver) Holeman. She married Robert Coopshaw, Sr. on June 26, 1954, in Dundee Michigan. Robert, her husband of 57 years, survives.
Anne was an avid reader and enjoyed watching Food TV. She was an active member of Light of Christ Catholic Parish.
I n addition to her husband, she is survived by their children: Sharon (Keith) Nickels and Susan Kaboni, both of Florida; Robin (Jack) Miller of Riga; Randy (Jody) Coopshaw of Adrian; Rodney (Kim) Coopshaw of Manistee; and Ricky Coopshaw of Adrian; 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; a sister, Emily (Rufus) Madrid of Temperance; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Robert Coopshaw, Jr.; grandson, Ryan Coopshaw; and brothers, Daniel and Charles Holeman.
The funeral service for Anne was held Monday, December 5, 2011, at Wagley Funeral Home, Tagsold Chapel in Blissfield. Contributions in memory of Anne may be made to her family. You may also sign the register book or send condolences at www.WagleyFuneralHome.com.
