ADRIAN—Ann L. Hasenpflug, 85, of Adrian, passed away at ProMedica Bixby on July 1, 2016.
Ann was born to Thomas and Rose (Barish) Norden on March 18, 1931, in Escanaba, Michigan. After graduating from Adrian High School in 1949, she married Douglas Hasenpflug at Trinity Lutheran Church, Riga, on July 28, 1951. They were blessed with 65 years together.
Ann loved to bake, do crossword puzzles and build doll houses. She and her husband co owned the Frosty Boy for twenty years and Doug’s Market, in Jasper for ten years. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
In addition to her loving husband, Doug, she is survived by her devoted children, Michael (Sandra) Hasenpflug and Barbara Hasenpflug, all of Adrian; grandchildren, Kimberly Mynes and Parker (Olivia) Hasenpflug; and great grandchildren, Peyton and Preston Mynes and Gabriela and Reed Hasenpflug.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Joseph Norden.
All services for Ann will be private.
