A decrease in revenue as the result of fewer ambulance runs projected for the Blissfield Township Fire Department as well as the cost of a new roof could put a strain on the Blissfield Township Fire Department budget.

The township is expecting about $37,400 less in revenues than last year. Last year the township saw a sharp decline in ambulance revenue and officials have figured accordingly reducing the revenue line item by $28,681. It is anticipated the township will collect $64,319 in revenue for the ambulance.
