GIRLS' BASKETBALL: Bobcats win two; Royals down Tecumseh

The Lady Royals pulled it together during last Tuesday’s Dec. 6 basketball game and defeated the Tecumseh Indians at home. A coordinated effort helped the Royals win 62-35 and redeem themselves for their first-game loss to Whiteford.

Patriots

The Britton Deerfield Lady Patriots picked up a win and a loss in league action this week.

The Patriots beat Whitmore Lake on Dec. 9 at Deerfield with a score of 52-28.

The Patriots lost a hard-fought battle Dec. 6 to Clinton on the road with a score of 63-54.

Bobcats

It was a nailbiter in Ottawa Lake Friday evening as the Whiteford Lady Bobcats pulled out a one-point victory over league rival Summerfield to remain undefeated. Whiteford was on top 39-38. 

Whiteford defeated Whitmore Lake Dec. 6 by a margin of 68-35.
