Fire truck expected to arrive week of Feb. 13
Blissfield Twp. Fire Dept. ready for new ladder truck
Inspections and some final details in the completion of the outfitting of Blissfield Township’s new ladder truck has pushed the delivery date back a couple of weeks.
While township officials were anticipating the arrival of the truck the end of January it most likely arrive in Blissfield the week of Feb. 13, according to Blissfield Township Fire Chief Gary Crist.
Crist and other fire officials traveled to Lyons, S.D., about two weeks ago for a final inspection on the truck. There were a few things that still needed to be done, Crist said.
